Listing Follow-up
Designed to help you provide premium service to your seller,
I will follow up with each showing. I make two follow-up calls to the
showing agent, and document their feedback. I then call you and the seller
to share the information. If you prefer to be the contact with your seller,
I will do the legwork and fax, email, or phone the information to you.
